Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for ensuring that all trash and recycling bins are:
Service Attempt Policy: We reserve route time for each scheduled stop. If we arrive and cannot clean because the bins are not present, empty, or accessible, the scheduled visit remains billable.
No refunds or credits will be issued for service attempts where access to the bins was not provided.
Agreement to Terms: By scheduling service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. Failure to have bins accessible at the time of service does not constitute failure to provide service by Ameri-CANZ.
Please contact us promptly if you believe a service attempt was recorded incorrectly so we can review the route record and any available photos.
Photo Verification: Ameri-CANZ may document service attempts using timestamped and/or geotagged photos for quality assurance and dispute resolution. These records may be used as proof of service attempt.
Service Reminders: Ameri-CANZ may send reminders via SMS or email prior to scheduled service; however, it remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure bins are accessible regardless of whether a reminder is received.
Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Current pricing is available on our website. The "2nd can FREE" offer applies to one additional trash or recycling can of standard residential size.
Payment: On-demand cleanings are charged when booked to reserve the service. Subscription customers are billed automatically according to their plan frequency, as shown during checkout.
Taxes: Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be added to your total.
Minimum Commitment: All subscription plans (monthly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly, quarterly) require a minimum of three (3) service visits.
Early Cancellation: If you cancel before completing 3 service visits, you will be charged the difference between your discounted subscription rate and our on-demand cleaning rate for services received.
Cancellation After Minimum: After completing the 3-visit minimum, you may cancel at any time without penalty. Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled service.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
Customer Rescheduling: You may reschedule a service with at least 24 hours notice at no charge.
Reserved Route Time: If we arrive and cannot clean because the cans are full, missing, blocked, locked behind a gate, or otherwise inaccessible, the visit may remain billable because route time and travel were reserved.
Weather: We may reschedule services due to severe weather. You will be notified and rescheduled at no additional charge.
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean your cans at no additional charge.
On-Demand Services: Refunds may be issued at our discretion only if service was not attempted or if we are unable to resolve the issue with a re-cleaning.
Service Attempts: Contact us promptly if you believe a route attempt was recorded incorrectly. We will review the route record, messages, and available service documentation.
Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for subscription services already rendered. If you cancel mid-cycle, service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
By scheduling service, you grant Ameri-CANZ permission to access your property for the purpose of cleaning your trash cans. We will only access areas necessary to perform the service.
The "Give $10, Get $10" referral program is subject to the following terms:
Gift cards may be redeemed only for eligible Ameri-CANZ services within the active service area. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Taxes, price changes, and any balance remaining after redemption are handled at checkout. Promotional package terms, expiration, transferability, refunds, and unused-balance rules are shown with the applicable gift card or purchase offer.
Fundraiser participation, eligible customers, payout calculations, payout duration, refunds, discounts, failed payments, and reporting are governed by the written fundraiser agreement provided to each participating organization.
All content on the Ameri-CANZ website is our property and protected by copyright laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in Collin County, Texas.
